Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the CooperVivo mobile apps, including Solitaire Classic Klondike, and to this website. By installing or using our apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our apps on your devices for your own non-commercial entertainment.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute our apps, or use them in any unlawful way, except where the law allows otherwise.
3. Ads and third-party services
Our apps are free and show ads provided by Google AdMob. They also use Google Firebase and Google Play Games Services. These services are governed by their own terms and policies. See our Privacy Policy for details.
4. Your content
If you choose a photo from your gallery as a card back, it is used only inside the app on your device. You are responsible for having the right to use any image you choose.
5. Intellectual property
The apps, their design, and their original content belong to CooperVivo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party materials used in the apps remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that saved data (such as statistics) will never be lost.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CooperVivo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the apps or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the apps after changes means you accept the updated Terms. You may stop using the apps at any time by uninstalling them.
